We use information to respond to enquiries, understand initial needs, organise records, match hospitals and specialist teams, and arrange further communication and services in China. We do not sell personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Health information and personal information relating to children under 14 are sensitive personal information. Please provide only what is necessary for this assessment. We process voluntarily submitted information after you tick the consent box.
If you submit information for a child or another patient, please confirm that you are the lawful guardian or have valid authority.
To provide the assessment or service you request, we may share necessary information with assigned staff, medical interpreters, and hospitals or specialist teams confirmed with you. We do not disclose it to unrelated third parties without authorisation unless required by law or needed to protect life and health in an emergency.
We keep information only for a reasonable period needed to handle enquiries, assessments, service delivery and legal retention obligations. Access controls, permission management and appropriate technical measures are used to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or loss.
You may use the contact channels shown on this website to request access, correction, completion or deletion of your information, or to withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed, and deleting necessary information may prevent us from continuing the assessment or coordination service.
